Site-Licensee Training is included in the package. Client training sessions are conducted by a senior OpinioNation Inc. representative. Generally there are three half day sessions, conducted at the client's office. One to two people can be trained per Site-License. Also included are some generic sample survey's.

Training consist of the following:

Session 1: Is an overview of:

a) What is the TOUCHSCREEN SURVEYCENTRE and how it works.

b) Examples of types of studies that can be conducted.

b) Hardware assembly.

c) Detailed look at the Software features and functions.

Note: At this session if the client wishes, additional people can sit-in. These extra people may not have direct programming responsibilities, but are involved in your various research projects.

 

Session 2: Client will begin "Hands On" survey programming. By the end of this session a first survey should be programmed.

Note: Project Manager may wish to supply a basic survey for this session.

 

Session 3: Client will learn to create and produce the various detailed make the reports from our TOUCHSCREEN SURVEYCENTRE Report Generator, such as:

a) overview or Executive Summary of Results;

b) detailed CROSSTABs;

c) 3D pies and tables; and

d) Statistical Weighing, etc...

Note: It would be helpful if the client can supply a colour printer in the training room for this session. It is suggested that the printer be the same type as the one to be used by the client when producing reports at later dates.

 

Note: If required a fourth session can be held if additional assistance is required.
